Message: The Lack of PR's concerns me

While QUALCOMM was pursuing patent enforcement on their cutting edge CDMA technology, there were press releases informing the public of why the litigation was implemented. There were press releases constantly informing the public.

IMHO TPL’s and Patriots quietness may not do the shareholders any good should we even win this because the infringers have already gone out of their way by hiring 3rd party bashers that discredit patents and label legitimate patent owners as patent trolls.

They have “sown ideas” in advance.

TPL and PTSC either need to start an aggressive PR campaign educating the public about the importance of the MMP, and how it has revolutionized the technological world.

They do not have to promote the litigation as they go, but just start explaining to the world:

1. Why the MMP is important

2. David and Goliaths story

3. How the infringers have maliciously and corporately agreed to take turns on the Patent Reexaminations only to cause PTSC and TPL from succeeding in the Microprocessor World.

This would educate potential Judges, juries in advance and may neutralize the infringers 3rd party bashers and character assassinators of patent owners.

Done right, should the infringers Petition Obama not to allow the injunctions, perhaps Obama may have made up his mind upon reading how these foreign infringers stole the world’s most important technological patents from an American company, and how they deviously thought out and brought forth a plan to make the American company go broke, all while thriving on the success of the infringing products they brought forth to the market place.

If TPL and PTSC are too chicken to “offend” the judge then they should hire third party Press Release Writers in which a proper PR campaign to “educate” not only potential investors but the governing authorities that often pay attention to such PR campaigns.
