Unfortunately, LG`s arbitration may provide an insight into management`s attitude towards the cash on hand and the shareholders. I`ve been worried that Pohl/Schwartz and LG have come to regard this company`s $$ as their own private piggy bank that they could dip into at will, the shareholders be damned. LG`s arb may be an unfortunate reflection of this attitude.
