According to the timeline in the link I provided in an earlier post, there is a 45 day Initial Determination (ID) review period, followed by around 90 days for Remedy and Public Comment. Then the President has a review period.

I might add that if we have learned anything from USPTO, Northern District of California, ITC, nothing is for certain. Delays are almost always a given for various reasons and even the ALJ could ask for an extension of time beyond the Sept. 6th date based on his case load. This was done in TPL's other ITC case, where the ALJ was given a three month extension of time for his ID.

Let's not forget the ITC has an appeal process

So, just when you think things may be over, they may not be.
