Message: Otteson's contingency arrangement

Is it possible that Otteson's contingency agreement is also for the other portfolios that he is defending on behalf of TPL/Alliacense? Remember that Alliacense doesn't announce every license agreement on its website. Since PTSC's settlement with TPL in Oct 2011, Alliacense has announced around 27 license agreements for its other portfolios, whereas, there are only around 13 listed for the MMP of which several appear to have been bundled with the Core and Flash portfolios. If Otteson knew that he would make his real money off of TPL's other portfolios, perhaps he really isn't looking to make a bundle from the MMP and is more than content with what PDS already agreed to pay him (as a retainer) to represent the MMP at the ITC.

Didn't PTSC state in his quarterly reports that it expects legal fees to go down because of the contingency arrangement? That wouldn't be surprising if as I said, Otteson was really collecting off the other portfolios, whereas TPL and Alliacense continue to rack up fees for their support of the MMP litigation. Like Moore and our BoD, all of these players are happy to keep paying themselves. Just my thoughts.
