In response to an e-mail I sent.

The ITC trial has concluded. Counsel for the MMP put forth a tremendous effort and we believe they did a fantastic job. We, like you, anxiously await the Court's ruling which is expected to be delieverd on Sept. 6th. Our successes will be promoted as they are achieved.
