Everyone has a different time line of holding this stock. the vast majority have no concept of holding this stock for 14 years. I hope it all settles out in our favor before year 15 is over.

We won so many re-exames and have favorable markman rulings yet we still wait again for news which is months away. Why should new investors hold now? there will be plenty of time to buy this stock cheaply even after a favorable ruling.
