No, no leak. Someone reading this board probably thinks the case is over and we lost at the ITC. As I type this nobody knows anything factually at all as the judge hasn't ruled on anything that I'm aware of. It's all conjecture based on heresay and snippets from the public disclosures. WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS WILL PLAY OUT AT THIS POINT IN TIME. I hope whoever is selling gets burned badly.
