I think there's a lot of eyeballs on the players. PTSC doesn't have to disclose individual settlements/licenses. However they do have to report quarterly/yearly earnings plus material events. Given just that tells us plenty. At least it tells me plenty.

BTW: Thanks for all the DD you and others do. Your work perhaps cause some of those players to operate with a measure of caution?
