For all we know TPL raised the bar, and is no longer taking cheap offers, knowing that we will prevail, why give away the store?

TPL Strategy:

1. Wait for the injunctions to be in place

2. Take Reasonable offers for the willful infringement to cover the cost of pursuit of litigaton as well as the lost profits due to the "unreasonableness" of the infringers.

3. Win at the Northern CA District Courts -

4. Get awarded the Treble Damages for willful infringement, attornies fees and anything the good judge will throw in.

5. Make the rest of the infringers cry by taking the rest of the foriegn patent thieves to the ITC.

6. Rake in new settlements after the NCDC win from Domestic and European infringers

7. Issue dividends to shareholder.

8. Do forward Splits

9. Look for wise counsel to acquire new companies or start new entities to produce own products (I personally would look into 3D animation for movies and Commericals, does not take a fraction of the other money they lost in other companies).
