I remember that one poster contacted the clerk attending to the hearings and was told that all respondents were represented at the opening except for Sierra Wireless (who I think has settled). That being the case, does anyone think settlements have occured and the settling companies has decided to have a representative at the hearing anyway. Seems a waste of legal fees to me.
