Not quite due to the fact:

1. We can appeal the ITC verdict

2. There is still pending litigation at the NCDC, and this one is for monetary damages.

If we have to do#1, it will take longer than expected.

But like others have posted, all Agilant has to do is prove infringement on a Single Count and that should get us the valuable injunctions that we desperately need.
