I agree that "entire" limitation is an issue, but I have to question the other two you mention. Otterson repeatedly said that we nerver surrendered any control. And it is control that get you to a fixed speed. They may be viewpoints that respondents want to hang their hats on, but I an not aware that the ALJ has said anything that would lead me to believe that those are issues that are actually in play.
Perhaps you can point to something the ALJ said which would change my thinking?
