They`ll take the shortest path to the bank, even if its the least ethical.

.. but will they take the probable vastly least profitable one? Especially when the MMP is a ``litigators dream``

mvaar... I realize yours and others concerns, and they are warranted... I just don`t think TPL will give up licensing/litigating the MMP, just to license Moore`s chip... they`re too greedy.. but then that is just my opinion.. FWTW
