I believe the last paragraph will explain our reliance almost exclusively on TPL's investments with regards to the MMP. They have just concluded a successful case with the ITC regarding their other patents, so I'm hoping our reliance on them will do the same. In my mind we should have a good chance of success of meeting domestic industry requirements because of this approach. IMO of course.
