I spoke with someone in the Judge's office. The hearing in its entirety is not open to the public. There is a lot of confidential material being discussed for which they would clear the courtroom. The transcripts (or portion thereof) that can be made public will be made public at some point.
I did ask if all the respondents are present and I was told that of the original respondents only Sierra Wireless is not present.
