is it possible to quantify

x settlement dollars to be distributed to outstanding shares as dividends

y infringers left

probablility of being successful in current litigation

if successful, will other infringers pay up more quickly with less litigation costs

number of remaining infringers times probable settlement amount to be distributed to outstanding shares.
