The question I have would be can B&N file their MSD and then also join in on the other MSD that relates to the remaining companies? I assume they can't do that so I would then assume at the very minimum, Barnes & Noble will proceed to trial and the Nook is a step closer to be banned for sale in yhe USA. Corrections requested and welcome ...
