Please correct me if I am wrong but it is my belief that the ITC trial has nothing to do with winning $$$$$. It is about preventing the respondents' products from entering the US. The only $$$ to be gained would be through settlements/license agreements. However, the trial to be held in the Northern District of California is all about $$$$.

Anyone?
