Ordering Shortened Response Time To Complainants Motion For Reconsideration

On May 22 Complainants filed a motion for reconsideration of orders 28 and 38 and for leave to rely on supplemental interrogatory responses and other evidence of investments in support of their domestic industry. Complainants also request a shortened response time in light of the upcoming hearing.

ALJ finds that a shortened response time is appropriate here and any responses to Motion Docket 853-063 shall be filed by the close of business on May28
