Well which is it? Talbot was simply mentioned or the respondents are claiming they use a Schmitt Trigger or equivalent? You now seem to be leaning toward the former not the latter.

Just trying to get a precise understanding of what it is you were trying to convey in your posts. I don't think that is asking too much.
