We continue to accept settlements, while we concurrently take the most vulnerable and

least likely to escape judgement, through the Court System.

.Where would we stand now if we had picked one from the field years ago and prosecuted our case in the Courts to a successful conclusion?

Settling does NOT prove that any of those actually infringe in the eyes of the LAW..

Does anyone believe that if we went to court, that we would lose our case and therefore we

are reluctant to go tthrough the Legal System?
