You will begin to understand both sides of the arguments even if you are a layman, just like I am. It will take some time, but you will know where we stand on the Markman issues. Remember the Markman is not the trial, but it sets the parameters for settling the arguments. In addititon to what Ease mentioned, Gregg Baily said the lawyers would turn this thing inside out, no matter how the patenet reads.... something to that affect. We need the Judge to rule against (deny) Summary Determination. Then we can represent our side at trial or settle. Corrections welcome.
