Since the court already had the supplemental testimony as well as the initial testimony of Dr. O on record it would appear to me that today's ruling was a procedurial one that did not change anything about this case. I may be wrong, but I don't see how. I'd love for Ron to comment on today's ruling, knowing that what was stricken was already on record by the court. If I'm right tomorrow could be a huge buying op for those looking for some discounted shares. Just MO of course.
