Now that's one of the best "dog ate my homework" stories I have ever read...

It's not that their complaints, data, proof, files and exhibts aren't any good or needed to somehow be enhanced or changed at the last minute; it's because they had an office meltdown extrordinaire and they had to redo everything to properly make their submission and it was late. End of story.
