The respondants did nothing wrong. Agility clearly states that having been faced w/similar deadlines in other 377 investigations, they devised an internal system for exhibit stamps, naming files and generating lists. All test runs were successful and issue free. Then for some reason during the early hours of May 3, they experienced technical problems.

I don't believe there were any dirty tricks ......I really do believe Agility was late in filing due to technical difficulties in their own internal system. They have worked with this ALJ before. If he is already familiar with the success of their internal system from other cases, then he may just grant their motion.
