Apparently a non-public drop dead date was supplied.

<"The ITC judge conducted a claim construction hearing on March 5, 2013, and is expected to issue a Markman ruling by no later than May 3, 2013.">

But if PTSC put it in writing, the date was more than just a guess. So the May 3rd correction to the April 18th Markman was the last day the ALJ had to make any final changes?
