My question would be since this is the ITC do the discovery rules apply the same as they would like at the NCDC with Judge Gruell?

I know have been involved in cases where all discovery is due on a certain date for litigation for judgement awards.

Is it possible that the rules are different at the ITC which is why TPL produces more evidence the BN is attempting to discredit?
