my guess is that Mr. O did not take this case on contingency to receive an hourly rate. ...i am just guessing, if you were to take a case like this on contingency, what would your percentage take be? 20%? 30%? 35%?
therefore, at 20%, with total infringement fees of 2 billion (another wild ___ guess, his fee would be $400,000,000.
and i would not have a problem with that. with how many, 50plus? attorneys on the other side......PTSC would have been ground into dust with legal fees.
and, as an aside, if there are 50 plus attorneys ... on the other side... someone must be talking about BIG BUCKS here.
as another aside, 50 plus attorneys on the other side are a concern for me. does this ALJ have the courage to stand-up to that "peer" pressure?
one more aside, ... i surely do hope that toxic is correct in looking for a few licenses...fairly soon...but i do not see pressure on the bad guys until we get close to September...and even that is with all the correct ALJ decisions along the way.
