There seemed to be a lot of talk regarding the "entire variable speed system clock" at the SHM. It also sounded like there were a lot of clarifying statements. Did you guys get the feeling they really could expect the MSD to be granted in favor of the Respondents? If you could provide a detailed response with background, that would be much appreciated.
