Though I appreciated what Karl posted I wonder........

Though I was at the meeting, for personal reasons I was forced to leave just about when Cliff announced that there would be two more questions for the attorney from Agility and then he would open the floor for questions to the Board. The time at my exit was aprox. 11:05am so.....

Does anybody have notes of the questons asked of the Board and thier responses? I find it hard to believe that with all those in attendance that there has been no mention of these questions and answers. Though it is possible there were not any to record if anybody does have that information I for one would appreciate reading about them. Also aprox when did the meeting adjourn after the Boards Q and A?

I would have liked to stay for the entire meeting as well as ask a few questions myself but once again for personal reasons was unable to address the Board or Attorny so thank you Karl for what you did report and thanks to anyone who can fill in the balance of the meeting ...... that is if there was anything after I left.
