I wish that you had been there to hear what we heard. You would have savored Jim's every word. Very informative and upbeat. He was direct and pragmatic IMO, admitting that risks do exist. However, he is way in and working on contingency ( he stated 75% of his firms efforts are on this case / a board member commented his own perspective was 90% ). Jim believes in the value and the chances and thus is putting his time and efforts towards winning this case. One way or the other the wait will not be much longer....
