some people seem to always to have an half-empty glass. And maybe you have not been on this board long enough to recognize that the real sport here is to personally attack employees/officers/board members of PTSC. Heck, the informer called a former CEO an outright crook, without it being an opinion and with no other qualification. Are corporate officers of sufficient public statue to be immune from slander/libel? I do not know, but i did download the posting and at the appropriate time my plan is to send it to PTSC and for them to forward that posting to that CEO. Maybe theinformer and the several persons giving that post a thumbs up have adequate unbrella insurance?

I cannot make this years SHM. I would love to hear what DL has to say. In my opinion, DL is the most important person to listen to at the meeting. I was at the meeting when DL referred to the "contract in the drawer". It was a figure of speech. For shboomer to think that DL was hiding contracts does not speak well of Shboomer's cognitive ability.

And i do think that marketing runs information thru legal.

And then too, many of the postes on this board think that they "own" the company and have or should have input into daily management. All shareholders own is the right to vote. Shareholders (unless in liquidation/bk) do not "own" anything. And if you do not own enough shares to control, your "ownership" is truly emptiness.
