I think YOU are MISSING the point.

Cliff Flowers isn't just the CEO of PTSC's past. Carlton Johson and Gloria Felcyn, aren't just the BOD members of PTSC's past.

These are our current company "leaders". They've fought hard to thwart the will of shareholders to remain in those positions. So they CONTINUE to hold the power to CREATE CONFIDENCE by buying shares on Monday, next week and next month!

My post wasn't about the past, it was about the present and the future and the EASIEST route available to creating market confidence in PTSC. You cite the ITC and complain about posters on a message board. These are issues OUT OF THE CONTROL of those 3 handsomely rewarded folks.

I'm citing something that is TOTALLY in their own control, and what they SHOULD be doing as leaders of a company badly in need of LEADERSHIP.
