What do you mean "No, I don't think so". The facts are black and white in the 10q. The "consulting fee" is part of the settlement. PDS is the entity paying Moore the $250K. PTSC funds HALF of PDS' operations and receives HALF of any net profits PDS has. Therefore, PTSC is INDEED paying HALF of what PDS is paying Chuck Moore in order to settle a suit that was between Chuck Moore and TPL. So, indeed, PTSC is funding part of the settlement that TPL made with Chuck Moore.
As for the litigation, sure, I suppose it's possible, and possibly even likely, that all of the litigation issues liste on page 20 end before 4 years time, but that doesn't change the fact Chuck Moore sued TPL (NOT PTSC) for money and other owed him from TPL (NOT PTSC), and that some of the money that is going to Chuck Moore as part of the settlement of that case is instead coming from PTSC.
