"It's time that you show your faces and make a difference....."

If Carlsbad wasn't some thousands miles away from my home I probably would attend - just to do what you suggested: show up and make a difference.

But honestly, I don't think the SHM will bring anything new or substantial exciting.

The company is waiting for the outcome of the litigations and if things go our way I DO NOT expect settlements before we have a judgement (a positive one, of course...:-)) - so IMHO the company cannot say anything, simply because our lawyers wouldn't allow it.

So I'm afraid that this year's SHM meeting will be very boring - unless HTC or Acer cave in and pay us a huge amount of money before the 30th of April...lol

Never the less I appreciate your and the efforts from others who attend the SHM, hopefully they serve some cookies at least...
