IMO PTSC will close its doors in not many years if for no other reasons than patent expirations and/or the shrinking number of infringers who have not been addressed.

The BOD has shown how awful they are in managing, and particularly in picking and managing acquisitions. Unless they are all planning to retire they need some resume success stories. A stellar stock holder ROI before the doors are closed might help them find another job. Very high percentage dividends seems to me to be the only option they have for achieving a high ROI.
