General Question

Should we expect any reported revenues (from P-Newco) to lag one quarter to Patriots quarterly reporting?

Restated: If P-Newco produces revenue anytime in the 2nd Q (with the appropriate amount going to Patriot), will those revenues be reflected in Patriots 2nd Q (as receivables), or should we expect that monies collected will be held by P-Newco till the quarter end, and be shown by Patriot the following quarter?

I would assume it would all be a matter of when dollars hit...but also, the assumption is offered without knowing if the billables are set up for either monthly or quarterly payments (with the assumed net 30 thereafter)...

The curiosity, is whether the expectation of this 10Q showing traces of any secured royalty revenue are realistic.

Thoughts?

Regards
