Here is the thing, the timeline milestones are much closer for the NDoC and ITC than any BK resolution. Creditors have 120 days to come forward. That means in late June the door will close for new creditors. Then you will have proposed plans, etc., to get out of BK, and any disputes thereafter, which means nothing of substance will be determined in the BK court until late 2013 or early 2014. By that time I expect the ITC initial determination will be rendered (Apparently Markmans at the ITC can be ruled upon when the first trial result is rendered, which in our case may be June. It could also be rendered prior to that.). The NDoC will be moving to trial, which I believe there will be a settlement. I'm assuming some settlements at the ITC. I don't believe Lecky has us over a barrell as he once did. I expect the infringement issue to be largeley resolved before the BK issues are ripe for resolution.
