it's Rules specific. We just don't know enough at this stage to determine whether that applies, or how strongly (if at all) anyone will contest the BK Plan once it's submitted.

As you might be suggesting, and as I said in a previous post .. I believe this BK filing is a strategic play going forward beyond just those listed past debts.
