Good post Brian...

Do you have an educated guess on timeframe for the competing Plans to be proposed and adjutocated (sp) by the Courts???....I would think time is on Lecky's side. Corralling all the creditors into providing a unified and prioritized claims front will take some time...

Meanwhile, strategically Lecky may be able to reallocate more of his time & assets(lol) concentrating on securing a "victory" in NDOC & ITC venues....Assuming victory is secured, a rising tide floats all boats scenario may be revealed.
