Creditors don't get access to any assets, other than cash payments, in Chapter 11. The only way they possibly get a shot at the MMP is if they go Chapter 7. And even then, their only "shot" at it is if they make an offer to the trustee to buy it and the trustee thinks it's a fair price and is amenable to selling it.
