BaNoss, take a look at the latest Pacers. I "believe" but would like confirmation that TPL's counterclaims are explicitly stated in one of the Pacers that the T2's claims are stayed but TPL's counterclaims are not. I believe that is what it says. They state they made a mistake in their filing. Maybe Ron will get a kick out of this - fire the newbie legal guy who couldn't even file correctly! I almost bet the powers that be saw the fiasco on the agora board and made a call...lol!
