I don't quite see it your way. Even tho TPL is the one being sued, the complainants are not looking to take TPL property, but rather are looking for a declaration of non- infringement.

You would think Ron may have a comment on this. In his busy schedule he finds time to berate opty, but doesn't comment on the questions everyone seems to care most about like whether he thinks the present court cases will be stayed.
