Good question. I doubt that it does. Only in the court where such stay is filed. IMO.

Also, IMO, this action is simply to avoid having to pay Brown the 10 mil that he owes him which TPL doesn't have at present and is gaining interest every day. The tentative decision was issued not long ago. The chapter 11 filing stays any further action with respect to making the tentative decision final. So Brown can not come after TPL property while in Capt 11. Perhaps Ron can expand.
