I wouldn't expect the price to move until the ALJ makes his decision on the terms. If they are favorable to PTSC, I would expect a PR relatively quickly. I believe by March 22nd there is a deadline for substantive motions regarding infringement/invalidity, so I am assuming the constructions will be completed in relatively short order. The Staff recommended no Markman should be necessary at the ITC. I would bet the Staff speaks to the ALJ about this case and the all technical aspects. I would also bet if the ALJ is up-to-date, he is fully aware of all arguments and hopefully the constructions will fall in our favor again quickly. If that happens, substantive motions may be filed. And even if we lose said motions (maybe we win validity and lose infringement as a question for summary judgement, not for trial) we will at least know the full defensive position the ~12 companies will take and we can prepare to counter duringthe trial.
