One directly related to another, or are these separate actions?

I concur with some of the other posts here that INTC coiuld have saved themselves about $10M or so if they pulled these CDROMS out before paying TPL.

Sometimes sale forces are armed with facts, othertimes they`re armed with FUD to confuse or dampen the customer`s concern with an issue.

Raillery brought up a good point - PTSC`s been around for many a moon. INTC assumably had quite a few moles around in many placed to anticipate and counter Patriot at the time of the initial suit. They didnt. I surmise they may be attempting to patch together a rebuttal armed witn enough similar examples in order to reduce TPL position in litigation.
