..so if Cliff owning some shares is a slam dunk path for Acer to pay $30 to $50 M....why don't you just buy a few shares in Cliff's name. Cliff owning zero shares, one share or millions of shares isnot going to change Acer's posture one iota. damn good thing you are not making decisions for this company!
