I went back and reread the order and I think I may be wrong about the importance of the docs that the court ordered to be publicly filed. I think the judge was just giving examples of stuff that would have been included in a blanket order that should not be included. Just stressing that the motion was not narrowly tailored to the specific infromation that is sealable type material.
