"Persons wishing to attend the Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be required to show a photo identification card and provide either proof of ownership of Patriot stock as of the record date of March 4, 2013 (such as a Proxy Card or Voter Instruction Card) or sign a company-provided certification verifying status as a stockholder as of the record date."

Does this mean that Cliff Flowers won't be attending this year's meeting?!
