Let's hope it is a better reason than that. Why withhold the SHAM on unkown variables? With the recent settlements and positive Markman rulings and the restructured Com AG there is plenty to discuss. Unless we had a ruling by the Court and or the case is settled they can't say much about it anyway. I hope whatever the reason was(is) it is the impetus for the SP to head north.
